When Should You Submit a CARE Report?
If something feels off, it’s worth submitting a report.
Academic Signs
- Excessive absences or tardiness
- Declining or inconsistent work
- Repeated extension requests
- Expressions of dark or concerning thoughts
Behavioral Signs
- Withdrawal or sudden behavior changes
- Emotional distress or crying
- Aggression or impulsivity
- Expressions of hopelessness or suicidal thoughts
Physical Signs
- Poor hygiene or noticeable changes in appearance
- Substance use concerns
- Extreme fatigue or changes in energy
- Confusion or disorientation
