Center for Academic Success and Tutoring
The Center for Academic Success & Tutoring is located in the Sprague Library room 138. The Center for Academic Success & Tutoring offers free Tutoring, Peer Academic Coaching, Supplemental Instruction, and Academic Workshops to all students on campus. In addition, the Center for Academic Success & Tutoring supports student success in Academic Action and other special population groups on campus. The Center collaborates with academic and administrative departments to help students find their path to success at Montclair State University.

Center for Academic Success & Tutoring will offer academic support Monday to Thursday 10am-8pm Friday 10am-4pm Saturday 10am-3pm and Sunday 3-9pm.

Supplemental Instruction provides additional group instruction for students in especially difficult courses.
Workshops provide non-subject academic help, like advice on fostering good study habits, taking notes in class and de-stressing before finals.
Our Center and team is certified by the National Tutoring Association (NTA) and College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA).
