Advocacy and Outreach creates spaces where you can explore your identity, connect with others and engage in meaningful experiences that shape your time at Montclair. Through programs, events and partnerships, the office supports queer, cultural, interfaith and gender-based communities while fostering a campus environment rooted in inclusion, connection and belonging. All programs and services are open to all students.

Providing support and resources for students of all faiths and spiritual beliefs. This space encourages interfaith dialogue, understanding and respect across different perspectives.
Queer Community
A welcoming space that fosters connection, learning, and support for all students, promoting inclusivity, mutual respect and engagement around topics related to gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientatio, and queer student experiences while ensuring that everyone, including allies, feel valued and included.

- Flag raisings and campus-wide celebrations for heritage and awareness months.

- Collaborative initiatives with campus partners, including Inclusive Excellence and student organizations.

Rocky’s Closet offers free professional clothing and everyday essentials to help you feel confident and prepared. From interviews and internships to presentations and events, the closet helps remove barriers so you can show up as your best self.
