Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid is an eight-hour, in-person training that teaches adults 18 and older how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges.
You’ll learn how to recognize when someone may be struggling and how to provide initial support, connect them to resources and respond in a crisis.
Please register using your University Email. After you register, you will receive an email with instructions to complete your enrollment through Mental Health First Aid Connect.
Your registration is NOT complete until this step is finished. Space is limited, so register early to reserve your spot.
