Let's Talk
Informal Support, When You Need It!
Let’s Talk is a free, informal consultation service where you can stop by and speak with a CAPS counselor, no appointment needed.
Whether you have a quick question, want to talk something through or aren’t sure where to start, Let’s Talk is an easy way to connect.
Let’s Talk is NOT designed for urgent or emergency situations. If You Need Immediate Support, call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), contact University Police at 973-655-5222 or call CAPS at 973-655-5211 and select option 2, after hours support.
What to Expect
- A drop-in service, no appointment required.
- Confidential and free for students.
- Available at various locations across campus.
- Designed for brief, informal conversations.
You can come once or as often as you’d like!
Is Let’s Talk Right for You?
- Want to talk through a concern without committing to counseling?
- Need help figuring out what support option is right for you?
- Are looking for quick guidance or support?
