Qualtrics

The Qualtrics survey tool is an easy-to-use, full-featured, web-based tool for creating and conducting online surveys. 

The University has procured a site license. Therefore, the tool is free for all faculty, staff, and students.

Qualtrics provides primary product support. Requests related to group management for collaboration, survey ownership transfers, and feature verification are handled by the University's Brand Administrator.  For assistance with these requests, please submit a support request to the IT Service Desk.
