Swim Lessons
Learn how to swim or improve your technique with beginner and intermediate lessons available to students for free! No registration required, just come by to our beginner or intermediate lessons.
- Beginner: Perfect if you’re new to swimming or building confidence in the water. Focus areas include floating, breath control, basic movement and comfort in both shallow and deep water.
- Intermediate: Designed for swimmers looking to improve technique and expand their skills, including stroke development, endurance and control.
Learn to Swim Program
Our Learn to Swim program is divided into classes based on age, not ability (ages 5-8, ages 8-13 and adults 18+) and requires registration. Once you register for the appropriate time, our instructors will sort the classes by ability and comfort level, so all of our participants will be working with others at a similar level.
