Voice Services: Mobile Devices
University issued cell phones are authorized by the Department Head and Budget Supervisor, who deem the Employee spends a majority of their time outside their work area, are required to be accessible beyond normal business hours and immediately accessible due to an emergency. Before requesting a mobile device, please review the University Cell Phone & Mobile Device Policy.

Campus File Storage and Sharing
Information Technology (IT) offers centralized file storage and sharing through Google Apps.
The University has a contractual agreement with Google, Inc. for its Google Workspace for Education suite of products, including Google Calendar and Google Drive. As such, the Google Drive service is available to all faculty, staff, and librarians to provide additional file sharing and document collaboration capabilities.
