Montclair’s BA in Recording Arts and Production prepares students for creative careers in sound, from the recording studio to film, television, gaming, and live events.

Through hands-on courses in music recording, digital audio production, songwriting, sound design, Foley, ADR, and advanced production techniques, students build both technical skill and creative confidence. Working with industry-focused technology and outstanding faculty, they graduate ready for roles such as recording engineer, live audio mixer, sound designer, film mixer, or Foley/ADR specialist, with a digital portfolio to help launch their careers.
