Queer Employee Network

The Queer Employee Network aims to develop a broad and diverse network
of individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ as well as active allies.
The Queer Employee Network at Montclair State University will create a
space for LGBTQIA+ employees to critically examine systemic barriers and
connect community members who want to enact positive change. 

We seek to foster a sense of belonging by bringing queer folks and allies together for
conversation, collaboration, and shared experiences; while also connecting
members to resources, support networks, and opportunities that help them
thrive both personally and professionally.
