Parent and Caregivers Network

The Parents & Caregivers Network for employees at Montclair State University. The goal is to create opportunities for connection, shared resources, and programming that supports the wellbeing and success of parents and caregivers in our community.

The Parent and Caregivers Network, established in Spring 2026, is one of Montclair’s newest employee networks. The network fosters community among employees who are parents and caregivers by creating opportunities to connect, share resources, participate in social events, and provide meaningful feedback to University leadership. Since its launch, the network has hosted two events, including Morning Brew and an information table during Red Hawk Recognition Day. 

During the fall semester, the network will continue building connections through a community survey and social mixers. We look forward to welcoming you and growing this supportive community together.
