The Early Career and Emerging Professionals Network at Montclair State University is for employees. The purpose of ECEP is to create a supportive and engaging space for early career professionals to connect, build competencies, and strengthen belonging at Montclair State University. The ECEP vision is to empower emerging professionals to thrive personally and professionally through meaningful relationships, mentorship, and shared learning.
ECEP Mixer and Interest Meeting
The Early Career and Emerging Professionals Network was developed in the spring semester of 2026 to create a supportive space for connection, community, and professional growth. Since its launch, the network has hosted several social events and offered professional development opportunities designed to help early career and emerging professionals build relationships, strengthen workplace skills, and feel more connected to the Montclair State University community.
