Men of Montclair (Interest Group)

We are working to create intentional spaces for men across the Montclair community. Through focus groups and listening sessions, we are learning more about the needs, interests, and experiences of men and exploring meaningful ways to foster connection and engagement. 

Whether through a barbershop-style conversation, attending a sporting event, or creating space for open dialogue, our goal is to help men feel seen, heard, respected, and connected. We welcome employees who are interested in helping shape this growing initiative to connect with us.
