Real-world experience is central to a Feliciano School of Business education and it happens through our relationships with valued corporate and enterprise partners. We collaborate with organizations through internships and co-ops, consulting and “live” case studies, business scenario and pitch competitions, customized academic and professional development programs, speaking engagements, mentorships, site visits and shadowing opportunities .

Partnership is a journey and we seek to develop our relationships holistically, moving beyond the transactional, building on a foundation of mutual interest, respect and benefits.

ADP and the Feliciano School of Business have built one of New Jersey's most expansive university-corporate partnerships, that includes scholarships, mentorship, alumni engagement, and co-developed academic programs — including a unique Strategic Human Capital Management concentration and a Professional Selling and Sales Management certificate, both shaped by ADP's industry expertise and tools. More than 200 Montclair alumni currently work at ADP, and students benefit from hands-on exposure through campus visits, executive mentorship, and coursework that provides access to ADP's technology platforms and professional certification content. MSU + Pru Connect is a growing initiative that unites Montclair State University and Prudential by activating the network of Montclair alumni already working within the company — connecting them to each other, to current students, and to career opportunities across Prudential's diverse business divisions. Launched with a 2019 event that drew more than 120 Prudential employees, the program has since expanded to include campus visits, speaker panels, mentorship, and online networking communities, with Prudential's talent pipeline and Montclair's student body as beneficiaries. The initiative also serves as a replicable template for alumni-driven corporate partnerships that can extend beyond Prudential to other major New Jersey employers and beyond.
