Our catering philosophy is centered on flexibility, quality and service. While we offer a wide range of menu options, every event can be tailored to meet your needs.

Whether you are planning a breakfast meeting, working lunch, cocktail reception or full banquet, our culinary team will work with you to create a menu that fits your event, your guests and your goals.

Full Catering Menu

Breakfast

 Regular and decaf coffee, hot tea, choice of juice.

Breakfast pastries, coffee, tea, orange or apple juice

Bagels with cream cheese, butter and jam, pastries, fruit salad, coffee, tea, juice.

To ensure a seamless experience, please plan ahead when booking catering services.

What You’ll Need

When submitting a catering request, be prepared to provide:

  • Event date and time
  • Estimated guest count
  • Event format (buffet, reception, etc.)
  • Contact and billing information

Timeline Guidelines

  • General catering orders: Minimum 3 business days in advance
  • Large events or receptions: 10 business days recommended
  • Final guest count: Due 3 business days prior

Payment and Policies

  • A deposit is required for non-University events
  • Full payment must be secured prior to the event
  • Cancellation policies apply based on timing
  • Alcohol service must follow University and state guidelines
