Faculty Exchange on AI: Leveraging Gemini Notebook for Research and Teaching
Explore how Gemini Notebook, Google’s source-grounded AI research assistant, can be used in both research and teaching. In this interactive workshop, faculty will learn how to create notebooks using their own research materials, syllabi, course readings, and other sources. We’ll look at ways to use Gemini Notebook to synthesize literature, develop assignments, and create resources for students, including study guides, Audio Overviews, quizzes, and mind maps. We’ll also explore how faculty can create course-specific AI resources that answer student questions using instructor-selected materials and provide citations back to those sources.
