Office for Faculty Excellence
The Office for Faculty Excellence serves as a university-wide center that advances faculty excellence and success by supporting faculty as teachers, scholars, leaders, and members of an academic community. OFE provides a welcoming home for faculty opportunities, resources, and support across the faculty career lifecycle, and across faculty positions, inclusive of adjunct faculty, teaching faculty, tenure-line faculty, and staff who teach. OFE seeks to create an environment characterized by high levels of faculty engagement, a strong culture of evidence-based teaching and learning, and a commitment to continuous growth and innovation generated by the faculty for the faculty.
