Rigor, equity, and student growth are sometimes treated as competing priorities, but they do not have to be. Join OFE and faculty colleagues for a conversation about maintaining meaningful standards while creating room for learning, revision, and authentic demonstrations of understanding. Through teaching examples and shared inquiry, we’ll consider how faculty are navigating grading dilemmas, disciplinary expectations, and AI-related challenges without prescribing a single approach. All faculty are warmly invited; no prior participation in the series is needed.
