Room Reservations

Individuals attending the Fall Rate School must register BEFORE reserving a room at the CESAC rate. Rooms in the CESAC hotel block are for CESAC Rate School registrants only. One reservation per registrant is allowed. Reservations by non-registrants or multiple hotel reservations are subject to immediate cancellation or rate change.
Reservations for the event will be made by the individual directly through the hotel reservation link. Additionally, reservations can also be made through the Marriott Toll Free number at 1-888-236-2427.

Payment for the reservation should be made using credit/debit card (All major credit cards are accepted)

Reservations must be received on or before Monday, September 21, 2026, (the “Cut-Off Date”).

Hotel rate is $139 per night. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.625%) in effect at the time of check-out.

Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements.
