Registration Policies
Payment
Attendees can send either check or pay by credit card. Check should be marked to “Montclair State University” and sent to:

Please note that checks received by August 28, 2026, would be counted as early bird rate. Any check received after August 15, 2026, should be at full participant rate as per registration fees categories outlined above. A full payment is required to complete all registrations.
A credit card payment is preferable. A full credit card payment is required to complete all registrations. A $150 processing fee applies to change to a new credit card after payment has been processed.
Substitutions
$100 processing fee applies to all substitutions or credits toward future training. Written requests received before 5:00 PM on Friday, September 11, 2026, will be used towards a credit for the future regulatory training. After September 11, 2026, credit toward a future training will only be granted if accompanied by documentation of a medical emergency. A $100 processing fee will apply to all substitutions or for credit for future regulatory training. If you register in advance and do not attend, substitute or request future credit before September 11, 2026, you are still responsible for the full registration fee.
Guests Package Policy
Reception access for guests only via companion package: $125/guest, due Friday, September 21, 2026.
Badge required for entry to all sessions and events.
Copyright Policy
The materials from CESAC’s Utility Training which will be provided to registrants will be copyrighted. Only paid registrants to the CESAC Rate School Fall 2026 would be provided access to these materials. Further duplication, reproduction, distribution, or exhibition of these copyrighted materials without CESAC’s prior written authorization is expressly prohibited. Violators may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties.
