Parent & Family Council

Partnering with Families to Invest in Student Success

The Parent & Family Council is a leadership giving community of parents and family members who are committed to enhancing the student experience through philanthropy. By making a leadership-level annual gift, Council members help provide the resources, opportunities, and support that empower Montclair State students to succeed.

As champions for the University, members build meaningful connections with fellow parents and families while inspiring philanthropic support that strengthens the Montclair community.

About the Council

The Parent & Family Council brings together families who want to make a lasting impact on the student experience while deepening their connection to the University.

Council members:

  • Make a leadership-level annual philanthropic commitment that supports student success.
  • Connect with other parents and families who share a passion for giving back.
  • Serve as ambassadors for the University by encouraging engagement and philanthropy within the parent and family community.
  • Help advance initiatives that create transformative opportunities for current and future students.

Through their generosity and leadership, Parent & Family Council members play an essential role in ensuring that Montclair State students have the support they need to thrive—in the classroom, on campus, and beyond.
