The Office of Government Relations works closely with the President to drive initiatives that advance our educational objectives and foster innovation. Our team actively engages in policy development and planning, closely monitors legislation and regulations, and identifies essential federal and state funding opportunities. We coordinate advocacy efforts and grassroots engagement to amplify our voice and influence.

The Office of Government Relations acts as the University’s liaison and primary point of contact with elected and appointed officials and staff, and seeks opportunities to collaborate with government agencies and external organizations to advance Montclair State’s capabilities and help meet the critical needs of the region and State of New Jersey.
