Marketing student Grace Farro completed a digital sales internship at ADP, where she developed professional skills in client outreach and CRM tools and was recognized as a top-performing intern for her strong sales contributions.
Grace Farro, a Marketing student at the Feliciano School of Business, embarked on a digital sales internship at ADP this summer where she gained valuable mentorship, developed strong sales skills, and acquired hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional environment. As a member of the Client Outbound team, she engaged with small business executives to introduce ADP’s HR and compliance solutions.
Her efforts were recognized nationally when she was named a Top Performer among interns during one of the program’s most competitive weeks for qualifying leads. Throughout the internship, she also built proficiency in Salesforce CRM, using it to track client interactions and conduct in-depth opportunity research.
