Classics Day 2025

On Friday, November 21, 2025, The Institute for the Humanities and the Department of Classics and General Humanities at Montclair State University welcomed high school Latin students and their teachers to the annual Classics Day, a morning dedicated to presentations, discussions, and academic competition. The event brought together students from across the region to celebrate the study of Latin while engaging in scholarly activities that fostered critical thinking, collaboration, and a deeper appreciation of the classical world.
