Library Donations Policy

Thank you for your interest in Montclair State University Libraries. However, due to space constraints and the high cost of sorting, reviewing and processing donated materials, the University Libraries no longer accept donations of books and other materials.

Please consider one of these other options for donating your books and other materials:

Gifts of Archives

If you feel your potential gift is rare or unique, and related to the history of Montclair State University and/or Bloomfield College of Montclair State University, please contact the Sprague Library Archives to determine if your donation meets the collection development policy requirements.
