The faculty of Political Science, Law, History, and Anthropology bring diverse expertise to the study of people, institutions, cultures and societies across time and around the world. Their research and teaching span political and legal systems, public policy, global and regional histories, cultural and linguistic anthropology, physical anthropology and archaeology. Through interdisciplinary scholarship and engaged teaching, faculty examine the forces that shape political life, cultural practices, historical change and human experience.
