Women's Initiative Network (WIN)
The Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) engages over 100,000 Montclair State University alumnae in the intellectual, cultural and educational life of the University. This vibrant community of alumnae and friends inspires and empowers women to become leading volunteers and visionary donors.
“We are excited to grow a supportive network for each other and the mission of Montclair State,” says Jeanne Marano, associate vice president for Annual Giving and Alumni Engagement. “Join us as we embark on this journey. We are looking for representation across all professional disciplines and from every career stage – from senior executives to young professionals to entrepreneurs.”
The objective of the group is to increase the number of women meaningfully engaged in University programs, empower the next generation of leaders and strengthen ties between and among alumnae and the University through a strong network of women committed to supporting Montclair State.
