Red Hawk Ready: The University Capabilities Expo

Join us Tuesday, September 15 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM for an afternoon built around the seven capabilities that help Montclair thrive: Collaboration, Effective Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Innovation, Situational Agility, Strategic Mindset, and Professional Curiosity. Visit seven hands-on Capability Nests around the room, each with a quick activity and a short reflection tied to real work.

Pick up a Field Guide at registration, get it stamped at each nest, and turn it in for an event gift and a raffle ticket for our grand prize: a parking space in the Red Hawk Deck for a full year.

Food will be available throughout, and you're welcome to stop by anytime during the three hours. Come see what the Capabilities Framework looks like in action, and bring a colleague along.
