MBA Executive Speaker Series - Growth Beyond the Numbers: Building Engaged Teams, Strong Communities, and Sustainable Success

On Tuesday, October 13th, the MBA and Graduate Programs Office will host our Fall 2026 Executive Speaker Series, and we are excited to welcome Shannon Lazare, New Jersey Regional President and Metro Market Manager for Business Banking at M&T Bank. In this role, she leads M&T's team across New Jersey, overseeing the bank's community engagement, economic development, and charitable initiatives. She also oversees a team of Regional Managers across New Jersey, New York City, and Long Island to drive regional performance by aligning local strategies with broader business goals.

This engaging discussion, titled "Growth Beyond the Numbers: Building Engaged Teams, Strong Communities, and Sustainable Success," will explore how long-term growth is driven by more than financial results.
