African American and African Studies Day Scholarship Award Reception

Join us as we celebrate African American Studies Day and recognize the achievements of scholars in the African American & African Studies Program. Student scholars will be honored with academic scholarships in recognition of their dedication, excellence, and commitment to their studies.

The program will also present the Black Scholar-Warrior Award to Dr. Renee E. Baskerville, Mayor of Montclair, New Jersey, in recognition of her contributions and leadership.
