Adjunct Professor in Nutrition and Food Studies since 2015 for the upper-level elective 'Concepts of the Sommelier'.
Adjunct Professor in the Feliciano School of Business Marketing Department since 2018 for ‘Introduction to International Business’, ‘International Marketing’ and 'Export/Import Marketing'.
Adjunct Professor in the School of Communications since 2023 for 'Copywriting across Media'.
