Biography
Shekhar Rapaka is a global CPG specialist with over 30 years of experience delivering growth through strategy, brand building, and innovation. He has held executive leadership roles across 11 countries, including UAE, Indonesia, Korea, UK, and the United States. Currently, while pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration at Rutgers University, he teaches at Montclair State University. He combines academic rigor with multinational business experience to interact with and shape the next generation of Marketeers. Outside work, Shekhar enjoys hiking, cricket, and soccer, and finds joy in meeting people.
