Biography
Ofelia Rodriguez, Ph.D, is an Associate Professor, she received a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from Seton Hall University. She is a certified School Psychologist and licensed Clinical Psychologist. Her research interests include clinical psychology, multicultural psychology, Latino/a issues, issues of diversity, bereavement, addiction, trauma, sexual abuse, and women's issues. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and authored a book on the impact of childhood traumas on adults. She directed the School Psychology program until 2006, since then she has focused on training undergraduates by teaching courses such as Introduction to Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Psychology of Women, and Clinical Psychology.
