Biography
Natalia Campos currently serves as the University’s Paralegal and Executive Assistant within the Office of University Counsel. As a key member of the team, she oversees the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the office, while supporting the effective management of departmental resources. Her responsibilities include budget and fund management across Legal, Institutional Compliance, Partnerships, and Real Estate, as well as facilitating campus relations and coordinating with a broad range of university stakeholders.
Natalia provides direct support to University Counsel, ensuring timely, efficient, and resourceful responses to a wide range of legal and institutional matters, including OPRA requests, subpoenas, litigation and complaint discovery, and related responses. She also plays an integral role in contract management and University real estate transactions, helping to facilitate the review, coordination, and execution of critical agreements and initiatives.
In managing the office’s overall operations, Natalia serves as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners. Her responsibilities include liaising with the Deputy Attorney General’s Office, outside counsel, law firms, and other professional organizations. Through her organizational expertise, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex priorities, Natalia contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the Office of University Counsel and supports the University’s broader legal and institutional objectives.
