Biography

Maneet Kaur graduated from Montclair State University in 2024 with a master’s degree in Higher Education. Her research focused on advancing equity in higher education, with an emphasis on examining disparities in student access, achievement, and institutional practices.

She currently serves as an instructional assistant supporting Dr. Suman Rath in managing graduate-level coursework, including ELAD 619 Seminar in Administration, Supervision, and Curriculum and ELAD 680 Leading Curriculum Change for Student Achievement. Her responsibilities include providing classroom and instructional support, assisting with course preparation and materials, supporting student learning through individual and small-group assistance, maintaining organized course records, and contributing to a safe, structured, and collaborative learning environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with administrative and clerical tasks, supporting communication and coordination needs, and collaborating with faculty to ensure smooth course operations and alignment with instructional goals.
