Biography
I teach first year writing courses (ENWR 105 and 106), Visual Rhetoric and Digital Writing for the Public and Professional Writing major, and creative writing (fiction). I am the chair of the PPW Promotions Committee, and a member of the Executive Committee, the Curriculum Committee, and the First Year Writing Committee. Prior to teaching at MSU, I taught first year writing at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Drew University, and Lasell College. In addition to teaching I am also a fiction writer. My work has been published in different venues such as Prick of the Spindle and Cleaver Magazine. I am an equal opportunity coffee enthusiast and a multi-instrumentalist. I was also the co-host of a multimodality podcast called "The Write Mode" with Professor Dayna Arcurio.
