Biography
Dr. Heather Kugelmass is a Senior Research Consultant at the Center for Research and Evaluation on Education and Human Services (CREEHS). She joined CREEHS in 2022 with expertise in the design, management, and analysis of social science surveys and experiments. At CREEHS, she consults on two statewide student health surveys: The New Jersey Middle School Risk & Protective Factors Survey and New Jersey’s Youth Risk Behavior Survey.
In addition to her experience managing program evaluations and applied research initiatives, Heather has also conducted innovative research to uncover inequity in postsecondary education and in access to health care.
Heather earned a Ph.D. in Sociology from Princeton University and an M.A. in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University.
