Biography
Glenn Herdling is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Business Communication in the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University. He teaches Strategic Business Communication (BCOM 280), focusing on professional writing, oral presentations, and audience-centered communication.

Professor Herdling specializes in storytelling as a tool for business communication, persuasive messaging/behavioral science, health literacy, audience-focused messaging, and applying emerging technologies such as AI to enhance communication practices. He also has deep expertise in creative writing, graphic storytelling, editorial leadership, health and financial communications, entrepreneurship, and developing strategies that connect complex ideas to diverse audiences.
