Ginneh Collins

Biography

Ginneh Collins is an experienced higher education leader with over a decade of progressive expertise in graduate recruitment, admissions, and enrollment strategy. As Associate Director of Graduate Recruitment at Montclair State University, she leads a team of five recruitment professionals supporting admissions efforts across eight colleges and more than 240 graduate programs.

Ginneh oversees end-to-end enrollment strategy, implementing a high-touch recruitment model that guides prospective students from inquiry through enrollment. She develops and executes both short- and long-term recruitment strategies focused on increasing engagement, strengthening the applicant pipeline, and improving conversion outcomes. Her work is grounded in data-informed decision-making, leveraging Slate CRM and reporting tools to design targeted communication campaigns, assess performance, and optimize results.

Alexandra Moore- College for Education and Engaged Learning (CEEL) and College for Community Health (CCHL)- does not manage the Social Work, Child Adv., School Psych, and Harm Reduction CEEL programs.
