Biography
Gina Policastro is an Instructional Designer with ITDS and a Montclair State University alumna (BA English Education). As a student, she served as captain of the women’s soccer team and set multiple program records, shaping her collaborative and leadership-driven approach to her work. With a background in K–12 education, she brings a strong foundation in pedagogy and is passionate about exploring innovative instructional technologies and partnering with faculty to design engaging courses. Gina holds an MI in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from Drexel University.
