Biography

Amanda earned her B.A. in Communication and Digital Media with a specialization in Television Production from Montclair State University in 2016. She joined the College of the Arts’ Department of Broadcast and Media Operations full-time in 2019, after working with the department as a freelance production specialist since 2013.

Before returning to MSU, Amanda held production roles with the New York Red Bulls, The Jerry Springer Show, ABC News, and The Steve Wilkos Show.

In addition to her work in Broadcast and Media Operations, Amanda serves as an adjunct professor in the College of Communication and Media, where she has taught courses including Introduction to Television Production, News Videography, Practicum, and Advanced Practicum.

Amanda currently serves as Production Manager, overseeing film and media production operations, including equipment, facilities, and post-production, to ensure projects run smoothly for both university and external clients. She leads and trains a large team of student staff, supporting hands-on learning while delivering high-quality media projects from planning through final edit.
