Treasury

The Treasury Department at Montclair State University is responsible for managing the University’s financial resources to support its academic mission and long-term strategic goals. Treasury oversees cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, investments, debt administration, and financial risk management while ensuring the University maintains strong financial stewardship and operational stability. The department also supports capital financing initiatives, monitors market activity, and works collaboratively across the institution to strengthen financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
