Music, Movement & Transformation: The Body Mapping Story - a Jennifer Johnson film that documents the vision, wisdom, and compassion of Body Mapping founder Barbara Conable, and delves into the compelling stories of musicians whose lives have been profoundly changed for the better. "What everyone needed to learn about body movement in kindergarten... but didn't!" Body Mxapping helps musicians to move according to the design of their bodies to enhance technique and address and prevent playing-related injuries.

Drawing on vast experience as a Body Mapping Educator, musician, and teacher, Jennifer Johnson examines what it means for children and adolescents to "mis-map" their bodies. This workshop highlights the tools and resources necessary when teaching a musical instrument to children. Additionally, Johnson explores activities to help children bring new awareness to students' bodies.
