Homecoming & Family Weekend
This year, we are bringing Family Weekend to Homecoming, one of Montclair State University's biggest traditions, bringing together students, families, alumni and the entire Red Hawk community. Explore the page below to see how to register, which events you can attend to get the most out of your experience!
Current Students
Homecoming is your chance to celebrate Red Hawk Pride with friends, enjoy live entertainment, cheer on our athletic teams and take part in campus traditions.
Current students do not need to register for Homecoming and may attend events throughout the weekend free of charge unless otherwise noted.
- Some events are designed specifically for alumni.
- Family Weekend events are open to all students. Family members and guests must register through the family portal. Be sure to send them the registration information below.
Come Home, Alumni!
Reconnect with classmates, former professors and friends during a weekend filled with traditions, reunions and special events. Whether you're celebrating on the Montclair campus or returning to the Bloomfield campus, alumni registration is required for alumni events and activities.

Register for Family Weekend
Families are invited to be part of the Homecoming celebration through Family Weekend, featuring special programs, traditions and opportunities to experience campus alongside your student.
Whether you're joining us for the full weekend or attending Homecoming on Saturday, registration is completed through the Montclair Family Portal (CampusESP).
Students cannot register family members on their behalf. A parent, guardian or family supporter must complete registration through the Family Portal.
